Waxing is the most common method of hair removal. For best results, hair should be ¼ inch in length. The procedure should be repeated every four weeks for optimal results.

Regular shavers should NOT expect clean and smooth wax. Do not use Retin A, Glycolic Acid or Accutane prior to waxing.

After Wax – Care

Within the first 24 hours you may experience some sensitivity like redness or irritation. Here are some tips to follow during the first forty-eight hours after waxing:

Do not use any exfoliating products, especially ones containing acids, since they might further irritate your skin.
Showering is preferable to bathing. Use only warm water, not hot.
Try utilizing moisturizers which do not contain heavy perfume..
Do not use saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, or hot tubs.
Do not expose your skin to ultra-violet rays.
Avoid heavy exercise and sweating for at least 24 hours.
Avoid tight-fitting clothes.
Do not touch freshly waxed skin; this may encourage irritation and some breakouts.
